Refund Policy

If you are unable to install and use eSIM due to technical issues that are the fault of skyfi.vn, you have the right to request a refund or modification.

1. REFUNDS AND CANCELLATIONS

1.1. POLICIES AND GUIDELINES

1.1.2. When activation is no longer possible after thorough troubleshooting, a refund request may be made within thirty (30) days of the purchase date. 1.1.3. If the eSIM has been activated and there is an issue for which skyfi.vn is responsible and/or the mobile operator has acknowledged cannot be quickly resolved, you may be refunded for the remaining data. 1.1.4. Early customer cooperation in problem resolution is extremely important for receiving a refund. 1.1.5. Each data package has its own validity period. Remaining data will not be eligible for refund in any form after expiration. 1.1.6. Compensation: No refunds or payments of any kind will be made for additional telephone charges, additional SIM cards, or additional hotel telephone charges. 1.1.7. Fraudulent Purchases: If there are any signs of misuse, violation of our terms and conditions, or any fraudulent actions related to the use of skyfi.vn products and services, skyfi.vn reserves the right to refuse any form of refund. 1.1.8. Unauthorized Purchases: Before processing any refund, the issue will be investigated and approved. Any orders related to fraud may be suspended by skyfi.vn at its discretion. 1.1.9. Incorrect Charges: If a customer reasonably and in good faith disputes an invoice or a portion of an invoice, the customer must notify skyfi.vn of the dispute within 10 business days of receiving the invoice. The notification must include information about why the customer believes the amount charged is incorrect as well as, if possible, the amount that the customer believes is owed. 1.1.10. skyfi.vn will not accept refund requests in the following cases: The customer has deleted the eSIM and wants to reinstall it. The customer's device does not support eSIM. The customer's phone is network locked. The eSIM has expired (The expiration date is stated in the order confirmation email). The country you are visiting has force majeure circumstances (including but not limited to natural disasters, earthquakes, epidemics, fires, wars, strikes, riots, changes in local legal policies, changes in government...). The network infrastructure of the travel countries has issues, is not yet stable. The customer does not proactively contact skyfi.vn when an eSIM issue occurs. 1.1.11. Other Reasons: If the refund request does not fall under one of the categories mentioned above, we will consider each request separately. If a refund is granted, there may be a processing fee. The maximum credit or refund that a consumer can request must be equal to or less than their total purchase price.

1.2. REFUND PROCESS

Customers contact the skyfi.vn support team via hotline: 1900 6605 or send an email to [email protected] to make a refund request. Refund Deadline: skyfi.vn will only refund Customers when skyfi.vn confirms that it is not possible to install and use eSIM due to technical issues that are the fault of skyfi.vn and the customer has the right to request a refund. How to get your money back: Depending on the case, the refund will be transferred to the Customer's designated credit card/bank account or by the method agreed upon by both parties. Please note that the above refund policy will apply. Customers may be required to provide additional information to support their refund request, depending on the nature of the issue, such as screenshots of device settings for technical issues, an explanation of why the amount billed is incorrect and if possible, an estimate of how much the customer believes is owed.

2. MODIFICATIONS

Once obtained, eSIM data packages from skyfi.vn cannot be changed or customized based on specific requests; they are provided as is. For more detailed information, please contact the skyfi.vn Customer Care Department or please contact: 1900 6605 for assistance. Thank you!
