Conditions or limitations in the provision of goods or services

- To ensure fairness and benefits for Customers as end consumers, skyfi.vn has the right to apply restrictive conditions in implementing promotional programs: unlimited, limited maximum number of products in each promotional program that a Customer can purchase, limitations on the purpose of purchasing product packages (only for consumption, not for business, resale...), or other limitations (if any) detailed in each Promotional Program. These restrictive conditions are hereinafter referred to as the Promotion Policy.

Therefore, skyfi.vn has the right to not confirm, refuse, cancel, or recover products that have been delivered in violation of any content in the Promotion Policy.

- skyfi.vn has the right not to confirm, refuse, or cancel, reclaim products that have been delivered to Customers in some other cases as decided by skyfi.vn without notification to Customers.

Inspection Policy

eSIM products are guaranteed to match the detailed description on the website. After purchasing eSIM and successful payment, Users will receive notification from the Company via email about the purchased eSIM information. When receiving the information, Users please check the eSIM information.

Products are not delivered directly, so there is no inspection policy.

Refund / Cancellation / Modification Policy

3.1. Refunds and cancellations

3.1.1. Policy and guidance

- When activation is no longer possible after thorough troubleshooting, a refund request may be made within thirty (30) days of the purchase date.

- If the eSIM has been activated and there is an issue for which Skyfi.vn is responsible and/or the mobile operator has acknowledged cannot be quickly resolved, you may be refunded for the remaining data.

- Early customer cooperation in problem resolution is extremely important for receiving a refund.

- Each data package has its own validity period. Remaining data will not be eligible for refund in any form after expiration.

- Compensation: No refunds or payments of any kind will be made for additional telephone charges, additional SIM cards, or additional hotel telephone charges.

- Fraudulent Purchases: If there are any signs of misuse, violation of our terms and conditions, or any fraudulent actions related to the use of Skyfi.vn products and services, Skyfi.vn reserves the right to refuse any form of refund.

- Unauthorized Purchases: Before processing any refund, the issue will be investigated and approved. Any orders related to fraud may be suspended by Skyfi.vn at its discretion.

- Incorrect Charges: If a customer reasonably and in good faith disputes an invoice or a portion of an invoice, the customer must notify Skyfi.vn of the dispute within 10 business days of receiving the invoice. The notification must include information about why the customer believes the amount charged is incorrect as well as, if possible, the amount that the customer believes is owed.

- Skyfi.vn will not accept refund requests in the following cases:
+ The customer has deleted the eSIM and wants to reinstall it.
+ The customer's device does not support eSIM.
+ The customer's phone is network locked.
+ The eSIM has expired (The expiration date is stated in the order confirmation email).
+ The country you are visiting has force majeure circumstances (including but not limited to natural disasters, earthquakes, epidemics, fires, wars, strikes, riots, changes in local legal policies, changes in government...).
+ The network infrastructure of the travel countries has issues, is not yet stable.
+ The customer does not proactively contact Skyfi.vn when an eSIM issue occurs.

- Other Reasons: If the refund request does not fall under one of the categories mentioned above, we will consider each request separately. If a refund is granted, there may be a processing fee. The maximum credit or refund that a consumer can request must be equal to or less than their total purchase price.

3.1.2. Refund process

Customers contact the Skyfi.vn support team via hotline: 1900 6605 or send an email to [email protected] to make a refund request.

Refund Deadline: skyfi.vn will only refund Customers when skyfi.vn confirms that it is not possible to install and use eSIM due to technical issues that are the fault of Skyfi.vn and the customer has the right to request a refund.

How to get your money back: Depending on the case, the refund will be transferred to the Customer's designated credit card/bank account or by the method agreed upon by both parties.

Please note that the above refund policy will apply. Customers may be required to provide additional information to support their refund request, depending on the nature of the issue, such as screenshots of device settings for technical issues, an explanation of why the amount billed is incorrect and if possible, an estimate of how much the customer believes is owed.

3.2. Modifications

Once obtained, eSIM data packages from Skyfi.vn cannot be changed or customized based on specific requests; they are provided as is.

Shipping and Delivery Policy

After receiving confirmation of your order, within 30 minutes - 3 hours, we will quickly contact the customer as soon as possible to confirm information about the order and your payment information. In order to facilitate sending the QR code from the system to the customer as soon as possible, please provide detailed and accurate Email information. We have the right to cancel unclear orders or are not responsible for cases where Email information is incorrect due to inaccurate information provided by you.

After users successfully purchase eSIM, the QR code will be sent from the system to the customer's registered Gmail mailbox and will also be in the customer's mailbox on our website system.

Products are not delivered directly, so there is no shipping and delivery policy.

To receive many promotions for loyal customers, don't forget to maintain regular buying and selling, don't "bomb" goods, receive goods on time and minimize unnecessary order cancellations, returns and refunds.

Say no to selling counterfeit goods

skyfi.vn is committed to only listing genuine items for sale because selling counterfeit goods is a violation of the law. In case the customer has feedback, SKYFI will review and in case the feedback is verified to be correct, there will be compensation for the customer, correction posting and removal of these items from the system.

Other suppliers are not allowed to participate in providing services on the website

Form/method of participation: Through signing a cooperation contract with the network operator for eSIM with Goods Suppliers, SKYFI directly provides eSIM products to buyers/service users.

SKYFI directly collects the price of goods from the buyer/service user and is responsible for issuing invoices to the buyer/service user.

Goods suppliers are not allowed to participate in pricing or working with, charging from the user, not directly participating in posting or creating stores on the system. The products are completely posted by SKYFI because the goods have been imported into the warehouse.

Fee schedule

The fee schedule for each item will be publicized on the website, buyers can directly see the product price and decide "Yes" or not agree to buy and put in the order.
